At Paul Fredrick, we stand behind the quality of our menswear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print a prepaid shipping label directly from the portal, or choose a QR code option for paperless drop-off at participating locations.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached, and include your packing slip.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
